Most IT companies won't tell you what anything costs until you're on a sales call.
We think that's backwards.

Here's what you'll actually pay - and what it gets your business. No bait-and-switch. No surprise invoices.

Outcomes that matter to your business

We've dropped the IT jargon. Here's what actually changes when you work with us.

Essential Plan

$ 150 - $200 Per user, Per month

IT that works, a team you can actually reach, and a bill that doesn't change every month. That's exactly what this is.
Real person, real response: when something breaks, you reach our local teams directly
One flat monthly fee: managed services billed predictably every month - project work always quoted and approved before it starts
Threats stopped before you know they existed: enterprise-grade security sized for your business
If something gets through, it stays contained: one compromised account doesn't take down your whole operation

Your data comes back: if the worst happens, you're recovering fast, not starting over
Your team knows what to watch for: security awareness training with tracked completion, not a once-a-year checkbox
Everything stays current automatically: patches, updates, security fixes, handled
We deal with your vendors: no more time on hold with Microsoft or your ISP, that's on us
A team that knows your business: same people every time, not a stranger reading your ticket
Virtual CIO included: every quarter we sit down with you, review where your technology stands, and help you plan what comes next - no extra retainer, no separate engagement

Compliance + Plan

$ 200 - $300 Per person, Per month

Everything in Essential, plus the documentation, training, and security controls your insurer, your clients, and your regulators actually want to see.
Everything in the Essential Plan
Nothing slips by unnoticed: suspicious activity across your whole environment is flagged and correlated in real time, not discovered weeks later
You know exactly what data you hold and who can access it: so when someone asks, you can actually answer
Your cyber insurance claim holds up: signed policies, tracked training, and documented incident response plans that prove you were prepared before anything happened

Vulnerabilities found before attackers find them: automated pen testing runs on a regular schedule with a clear remediation path, not just a report handed back to you
You can show your work: third-party validated evidence mapped to your specific framework, ready when a client or auditor asks
Built around the rules that actually apply to you: we align your compliance program to the FTC Safeguards Rule or FTC Business requirements, not a generic checklist padded with things you don't need
Your team knows exactly what to do if something goes wrong: written incident response plans, documented training, no decisions made under pressure with no playbook

If you're not satisfied in the first 60 days, you don't pay. No questions asked.

Most IT companies ask you to trust them before they've earned it.
We take a different approach.

Every new client gets a 60-day money-back guarantee on all management fees. No fine print, no awkward conversation, no 30-day notice period. If it's not working, we refund everything we've charged for our time and service. We offer this because we're confident in our work, and because we believe the relationship has to be earned, not just signed.

Do you have an internal IT team? We can extend it

Co-managed IT is for organizations that already have someone handling day-to-day IT but need specialized depth in specific areas. Security operations, compliance, infrastructure projects, after-hours coverage. You keep your team running what they run well. We fill the gaps without stepping on anyone's toes.

We don't publish per-service pricing here - this is a bespoke deliverable, custom to the needs of your IT organization. A 15-minute call is the fastest path to a real answer.

Common questions about IT pricing

What's not included in these plans?

Hardware, software licensing, and project work are quoted separately, always in writing, always before we start. You'll never see an unexpected line item on your bill. Cyberattack remediation, outside counsel, forensics, and breach notification are also billed as projects if needed. In most cases those costs are covered by your cyber insurance policy, and we work directly with your carrier to coordinate the response.

Why not just hire a full time IT person?

A full-time IT hire in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Pittsburgh, PA runs $80,000-120,000 per year in salary alone, before benefits, PTO, training, and turnover risk. One person also can't cover everything - cybersecurity, compliance, networking, cloud, and helpdesk all require different depth. With PCC you get a full team with specialized expertise across all of those areas, plus coverage when someone is sick, on vacation, or moves on.

What does compliance actually mean for my business?

We align your security program to the framework that actually applies to you. For financial services firms and related industries that's the FTC Safeguards Rule. For general professional services businesses it's FTC Business requirements. We serve businesses across the Bay Area and Pittsburgh, PA and the compliance obligations vary by industry and client type - we'll tell you exactly what applies to you on our first call.

How long does onboarding take?

Plan for 60-90 days to be fully onboarded. We use that time to document your entire environment, assess your security posture, deploy our tooling, and brief your team. Day-to-day support starts immediately, the onboarding runs in parallel, not in sequence.

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

We work on annual agreements. It takes 60-90 days to fully onboard a new client - documenting your environment, deploying our security stack, and learning how your business runs - and that investment goes both ways. That said, we back every new relationship with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason in the first 60 days, we refund all management fees paid.

What happens if we have a serious cyberattack?

Cyber insurance carriers have significantly tightened their requirements, and a lot of businesses are discovering at claim time that their coverage doesn't hold up the way they expected. Cyber insurance readiness means making sure your security controls, documentation, and policies are actually aligned with what your carrier requires - before you need to file a claim. PCC has worked extensively with cyber liability specialists to help clients get there.

Ready to find out if we're a fit?

15 minutes. No pitch, no pressure. We'll tell you honestly whether what we do matches what you need, and if it doesn't, we'll say so.
